THE NUTRITIONIST HAS VISITED KG2 CLASSES 

   Under the transdiciplinary theme "Who We Are”, KG II children had the opportunity to inquire about the impact of the food groups on their body through the nutritionist`s visit, Ms. Khouloud Maatouk, who discussed with them the impact of the food groups through a power point presentation. While she was explaining about the impact of the dairy products, she highlighted the importance of milk on our bones and teeth. This issue aroused the children`s curiosity to learn more about the bones and how they look like, so we brought them a model of a skeleton. While observing it, one of the children was astonished and said:” Oh my God! Is this how we look like from the inside?” Finally, the students reflected on what they've learned from the Nutritionist by drawing on their anecdotal- self assessment paper.
