Promoting International Mindedness in the Minds of Our IB Students

Exploring, understanding and appreciating other cultures and perspectives are key to the development of internationally-minded students.

   As an IB school, we foster international mindedness by providing our students with rich opportunities to learn about cultural and religious diversity through authentic learning experiences.

   In the course of their inquiry about the different personal and cultural events that people celebrate, Grade 1 and CP students made a visit to the church at Dar Al-Enayi. The visit was of great importance as it deepened students’ understanding of the cultural events that Christians celebrate. It also helped in developing students’ ability to recognize and respect diversity.
