“Tell me and I’ll forget, show me ,and I may not
remember, involve me and I’ll understand”; Throughout the
transdisciplinary theme “How the world works”, learners showed
enthusiasm about learning and were engaged in a variety of experiments
that stimulated their self discovery to the correlation between the
shadow and sources of light through which they were sitting in a dark
room in front of a white blanket faced on it the light of the projector
and flashlights .It was amazing how learners used these sources of light
and employed their research and communication skills to label the
pictures that were visible through their shadows; they were able to make
connections between the real and the imaginary, the tangible and
intangible and share this beautiful light that was captured in a great
way. Thus, shadows are a frequent subject; they are fragile, yet
dependable companions to us on our journey.
