TRAINING AND TRAINED AT AUB SMEC 13

The thirteenth Math and Science Educational Conference is a professional event according to our school which strongly believes in life-long learning and has such learning as an integral part in its vision. Houssam Hariri High School teachers attended the conference not only as trainees who were seeking professional development but also trainers manifesting and sharing their advanced teaching experiences with different teachers from different schools in Lebanon and the Arab world. It is an opportunity that improves students’ learning and teachers’ professional development; it is the learning that, as usual, we invest in our planning and instruction for our students who deserve it. On the ninth of April at AUB, eleven educators presented workshops focusing on various educational issues and tackling a variety of advanced teaching strategies. The titles of the workshops and the names of presenters are:
